Great location only a five minute walk from Shepherd's bush tube and mainline stations & the new Westfield shopping centre.
In the main lobby on Friday and Saturday nights, there is a very loud DJ playing and lots of dancing & drinking going on, so not suitable for older person's, children, or those looking for a quiet drink (at those times).
Staff helpful, and rooms clean (although a little tired looking). One of my friend's said her room was really cold with the wind coming through the old windows.
“ Top Tip: Great restaurant called Annie's on Strand on the Green in Chiswick (about a 10 min taxi ride away). Amazing food, atmosphere and staff - will definitely be back!

“ We have a lovely stay, we got up graded on arrival and from then on everything was amazing, fantastic room, lovely staff, breakfast was more then plenty and the car parking attendant's were really great. Trying to book again for the summer.

“ The room was very shabby with carpet lifted and cracks and chips very visible on furniture fittings, very disappointed with service, infact it was shocking, waited 1 hour for room service who then forgot our order, room service was not available until 5.00pm not that it showed up.

“ Very nice hotel, low key but comfortable and close to entertainment, public transport and restaurants. It was clean, convenient and pleasantly decorated and the staff attentive yet casual, a nice combination. The breakfast (full English) was excellent I even took a photo it looked that good!
