“ The Hotel was very impressive, clean and modern, however after logging onto the Hotel website to read that most double rooms are 23m2 ours was probably about 15! The directions were also a little bit confusing to follow as we walked from Victoria Station. That said, I would book the Hotel again, but perhaps ask for a room that is 23m2. Breakfast was also included in our stay and there was a lot of choice, however no cooked eggs apart from Spanish Omlette, but that's just me being picky.

Floors are not carpeted so there is a bit of noise from other guests.
No drawer space for clothes which is not good if staying more than one night
Plenty of choice at breakfast - though don't expect a proper 'full english'.

“ I was unable to go because I got the 'flu. My grandson was disappointed we couldn't go. SINCE I COULD NOT GET a refund, he will not be able to go when I am better. Please note I had only booked the day before so how could I give you two weeks notice. We are bitterly disappointed . A Farrell
