The hotel room we were given after spending what felt like hours .although there was no queue, had been used possibly by a member of staff !
The bed was made but the duvet had been laid on ,there was partly drunk wine and partly eaten food. When I went to recount this I was treated with close on contempt by the receptionist who made a snide quip about the next room not having any food etc, it went on .. but like me you've probably heard enough...
“ Top Tip: Try somewhere else first is my recommendation

“ I booked this hotel has a treat to celebrate my wife birthday it was very, very nice and the Caribbean experience was marvellous I could not ask for a better place to celebrate. I would recommend this place to friend and family lovely.
“ Top Tip: Everything is around but I enjoyed in indoor activitys. I'll also recommend travel republic. The staff were excellent.

“ We were looking for a hotel within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and the V&A...the Holiday Inn was very good for that. The only drawback was the price for all day parking since we arrived by car.

“ Excellent service and very attentive staff, room was very clean and well laid out, we had continental breakfast included so very reasonably priced. Only downside was the nearest tube Pimlico station was closed for upgrading for the weekend so we used Westminster which was 15 walk from hotel.

“ May at first seem a bit out of the centre - however there's a tube station 1/4 mile away which takes you into Westminster area in about 10 mins. plenty restuarants and pubs in the street . although a 3 star hotel the overall ambiance is good.
