“ On arrival the hotel was unable to find our reservation but as we had our voucher that was no problem. The room we were given must of been the smallest in the hotel, when we complained about the size of the room we were shown to a different room which was much larger overlooking the front of the hotel instead of the back with only the air con pipes as a view. As both rooms were rated the same we were annoyed that the hotel allocated us such a small room.

“ Booked this as it was one of the top 50 hotels on trip advisor and the Travel Republic price was more than reasonable. Entrance hall very impressive and after getting a free upgrade to a deluxe room the weekend started well! The reception area, bar and lounge areas are very swish, however the long narrow corridors to the rooms did worry me a bit as to the state of the room. Needn't have worried as the room was spacious, plenty of room for the extra bed and an extra special bonus...TV in the bathroom with separate channels from the main tv! Continental breakfast had plenty of choice and the tables were kept well stocked. Only drawbacks - price of drink in the hotel and the fact you cannot put anything in the minibar/fridge but the staff were more than helpful in providing ice bucket and ice (extremely useful when you travelling with a small child). Free internet access is available and staff in all areas were very pleasant and helpful. High class hotel, at a reasonable price.
“ Top Tip: Tube stations (High St Kens / Glouc Road) and museums are only 5 mins away, with Knightsbridge a short 10-15 mins walk. Didn't eat locally but there is a nice looking bar round the corner and a "Gaucho" steakhouse. Tesco's is also handy should you wish to BYO !

“ A beautiful hotel it is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in the staff are excellent & will help or assist you in any way they can my only gripe was the lack of storage / shelf space for laying out close in the wardrobe the superior room we had was just a nice size.
“ Top Tip: The hotel is in a great location with 2 of the big museums ( the Natural History & the V & A ) only 5 minutes walk away it is only about £10 in a taxi away from the theatre district but my highlight was the guided tour of the Royal Albert Hall which is about 10 minutes walk away the building is absolutely stunning.

“ Service very good and also the breakfast. My only adverse comment is that the room and bathroom could have done to be a little larger. As we did not spend much time in the room it was not a problem. Would have no hesitation about staying there again.
“ Top Tip: Excellent for walking to museums and Albert Hall. Also only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube for getting into central London.
