Any such authorisation or deposit shall be cancelled or returned at the end or the Guests stay less any charges they have incurred.

“ I was very concerned because of bad reviews I had read but i was very pleasantly surprised and on arrival given one of the new rooms which was lovely and cosy. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and warned us about the possible disruption of noise due to buildong works which reflected on the price of a prime location. I would definitely stay thete again and certainly make use of the spa as it looked very inviting. The location for us was petfect and my son and I had a really lovely time.

“ The hotel room we were given after spending what felt like hours .although there was no queue, had been used possibly by a member of staff ! The bed was made but the duvet had been laid on ,there was partly drunk wine and partly eaten food.

“ This hotel could do with some updating. I think it was ranked as a four star one but it is actually not, quite plesant though, comfortable bed, warm room, clean around, quiet. Reception staff is friendly and helpful, however they promissed Victoria train station transfer for £18 but the driver charged us £20.
