very helpful from front of house staff printed off maps and gave advice, booked taxi for morning and delt with door entry problem.
the room window although shut did no block the road noise out which another customer was staiting in the morning could do with either alarm clock or tv/phone with alarm setting.
“ Top Tip: although booked taxi to and from rail station £6 each way it is on a flat leavel walk so next time i will walk which even with case should only take 10/15 min. I could see the trail station clearly from room window

Really good value hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was a really relaxing experience with lovely food!
Thank you.
“ Top Tip: If you are visiting the Olympic stadium this hotel is in a great position. Don't though, as we did, expect to eat in a nearby restaurant before you go in - they were all horribly packed - and its only pop-corn and chips in the park -so far! Best to stay in the hotel for a burger etc as our friends did - they enjoyed it!

“ Top Tip: Dont eat out anywhere as the hotel dinner was delicious and the cheff excellent.
