i returned to this hotel after a previous stay, only to be disappointed. it's a lovely hotel, clean, great breakfast and nice rooms, however we stayed for a special occasion (my 30th) and had a very disappointing stay. a 'triple deluxe' room turned out to be 1 queen bed and 1 camp bed. we complained twice but were told our reservation was a request only. after much deliberation, and lack of time, we decided to make the most of it. the camp bed was the most uncomfortable bed i've ever slept on and left me with a bad back. the 'manager' sent up a bottle of wine by apology which we don't even drink.
the hotel itself is very nice, but be warned you may not get the room you expect! our stay was a special occasion, turned sour.
we did write to the hotel and received an apology, just a shame we have this memory from what should have been much nicer.
