“ very modern hotel, reception staff exceptionally helpful. We had a double room on the third floor the bed was huge and very comfortable there was everying you needed tea,coffee etc and bottled water it was also good to have a fridge in the room. Huge flat screen tv and also DVD and able to rent DVD's free of charge. It was very quiet and only minutes from the tower tube station and regular no.15 bus service. Breakfast was continental which was included in price we paid and £5 extra if you wanted a full English. Not the most extensive continental breakfast but adequate with juices cereal, fresh fruit cheeses, meat pastries etc. english breakfast was not huge but adequate. We arrived at about 11 am and room was not ready but was given a choice of several rooms and there was no problem in storing our luggage until room was ready and also on departure day until the evening.
“ Top Tip: Tube station within minutes walk, No. 15 bus to Regent Street, via St. Pauls, Fleet St, The Strand, and Trafalgar Square. Bus around the corner from Tower Tube Station which will ltake you across Tower Bridge but it is a lovely walk across the bridge and then along the embankment on the other side. There is a Wetherspoons almost next door to hotel.

“ I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was lovely and all the staff were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more from a London City centre hotel. Perfect location with lots to see and do right outside the door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will DEFFINATLEY be back in the future. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.

Hotel was fantastic. Room was very comfortable with a decent sized bathroom. Very modern and clean.
Drinks in the bar were rather expensive though.
“ Top Tip: Very close to Tower Hill tube station whiich then gives access to rest of London. 15mins travel from anything.

Across the cool marble of the lobby, the Drawing Room Bar is a relaxed local meeting place flooded with natural light. With comfy leather sofas and classic wood panelling, Ascot’s Bar and Restaurant serves great seasonal British food.
“ Hotel room was fine (though very hot) and good bathroom. However the kettle and mugs etc are kept in a drawer with the electric socket at the back of the drawer, which made it very difficut to use the kettle.
