London Bridge Hotel

“ The hotel was good with helpful staff - the only problem was the room was very small and too small for 2 people for 4 nights.

“ Rooms may be small but are very well equipped and absolutely spotless. Breakfast is excellent, normally £16 per head so the inclusive Travelrepublic deal for a twin room for two was a snip. The Shard is right at the end of the road with its sister building site being straight opposite the hotel but we weren't disturbed despite being at the front of the hotel. A high class boutique hotel that is ideal for couples, but families night be better off looking elsewhere.

“ Top Tip: Do follow the hotel's directions from the tube otherwise like us you might walk around in circles before finding it!

“ A very comfortable hotel in an excellent position in an area of London whose revitalisation is nearing completion.
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Good cocktail lounge and splendid breakfast.

“ Top Tip: Adjacent to Borough Market, Southwark Cathedral and numerous other local attractions.
Also nearby are several of London's oldest pubs that enjoy a great atmoshpere.

“ Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, pity about the view. There is a lot of building work going on immediately in front of the hotel, which makes it difficult to find your way to the front door by car! Even with all the building work there was very little noise. Other than that it was brilliant. Excellent breakfast, beautiful decor and welcoming staff who are very helpful. Would definitely stop here again.

“ Top Tip: If you are visiting China Town - try Plum Valley. The food is a little more expensive than in some restaurants in this area, but it is well worth it. Lovely decor and fantastic food.
