Arrived at Hotel and room wasnt ready till 3pm, but we checked in and left our cases and went for a coffee and the nearby Tower of London. Location is Fantastic and you are close by to plenty of places to eat, drink and siteseeing.
Arrived back at hotel and was given a double room, I had booked a twin so telephoned reception and we were given another room on the 7th floor. This was a much better room with a Breath-taking view of Tower Bridge. Room was excellent and we booked on a B&B basis. Has a fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast was self service and everything was fresh and staff were wonderful and really friendly too. I would recommend that you must stay at this hotel. Got a Great deal too.
“ Top Tip: We ate at The Living Room in St Katherines Docks and food and staff were excellent. Try area round Borough Market for evenings, just a short walk over the bridge with stunning views of The Tower and Tower Bridge at night. Would also recommend Vinopolis wine tasting - Excellent evening. Lots of places to eat and drink too.

very low level service. what does that mean?
1. request from the reception desk (via email) the corresponding subway station and received the wrong one (Westminster instead Tower Hill)!
2. Room
- wanted to iron my shirt but could not because it ironer was broken
- hair dryer as above
3. Restaurant
- young and not trained staff who delivered drinks that were not ordered.
4. Reception
- my colleague was requested to pay the prepaid room a second time at the counter. all took us some additional 15 minutes and delayed our appointment
