“ the hotel was ideal for victoria station, good shower and very comfortable bed, room was quiet.the only downfall was the deco, there was white paint all over the curtains, and the deco was tired which was surprising as its just had a refit. the food was very nice, a good breakfast and friendly and helpfull staff all round, ideal for a short stay in london.

“ Hotel is very central. Rooms are nice and big, best to get a higher floor otherwise you may get some train noise. Refurbishing at the momement May 12'. Our room was not one of the refurbished rooms but was decent enough, four star.. maybe not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My only real negative is the wi-fi cost, £15 for 24hrs. I know this seems to be the norm for a number of hotels to charge for this but it's really unsavoury for a four star hotel. It just feels like a way of hotels bumping up the cost. Many budget hotels now provide this service

the hotel was exactly as expected, and satisfactory in almost all respects.
my only observation was that although the breakfast was plentiful and full of variety, the dishes were cold even though the serving plates were stated to br hot.

I was put in a room were the ceiling hadn't even been plastered yet.
Also staff when using lifts would override requests of guests already in lift. Extremely rude and bad mannered of them. Surely guests come first.

“ we were very happy with our stay at this hotel and though it was good value for the money we paid. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful especially the waiting on staff at breakfast time,who were happy to provide any extra tea or coffee or toast with a smile. The hotel was also very centrally located and Buckingham Palace was within walking distance of the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our hotel stay and would stay again at this hotel on visiting London.
