The staff were friendly, and the continental breakfast was plain but plentiful.
The room was tired in places, eg a stained chair and battered heaters, however they did work well, as did the TV kettle and hair dryer.
Just one light in the room was a bit too basic but overall as this was a budget hotel I thought it was OK

“ The rooms were clean and very tidy, staff were very helpful, the only criticisms we had were that there was only one pillow each and the breakfast area was too small, but everything else was good for a three star hotel, very good parking facilities and easy distance to the tube station.
“ Top Tip: KFC 100 hundred yards max and a really good local shop just across the road, ideal!

“ The hotel was pretty standard. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is nowhere near big enough to cope with high volumes of guests eating breakfast at the same time, which is disappointing considering the number of guests it can accommodate! Rooms are very hot and stuffy when the weather is warm due to no air conditioning. Some facilities listed when booking were not in the room, for example no iron and ironing board, no hair dryer but was able to request one from reception.

I stayed in this hotel on business and the hotel itself was fine. The rooms are adequate. The staff were very good. My room was across a road. In fact the furthest away from reception that I have ever had to walk. However, my case was carried to my room by a member of staff.
The area where the hotel is located leaves a lot to be desired. I would not want my wife staying there unaccompanied
