Could do with a lick I paint in the rooms.
Don't eat in restaurant very expensive you can get better quality food in and around the streets.
We asked for a bottle of wine it took 20 minutes during which time we were told it was coming from the cellar then they only had enough for one glass then they had none and no spare! I can't believe a hotel of this size only has ONE bottle of wine of that type! I asked if we could have it as we had waited to long and they said no!
Service poor took ages drinks tool ages and we were the only ones on the hotel. If I hadn't got this through work there would be no way I would eat here
Very central for London though but a but if a walk to the tube station
“ Top Tip: Don't eat here over priced and Poor value

“ 10 minutes walk from Lambeth North tube station. On arrival check in staff were excellent. Room was nice, booked a twin room, but we were given a double, did not complain because we were in a rush to get to a show. Room was nice & clean, would not rate it a 4 star. Had a great night's sleep, great shower in morning. The breakfast was 5 star! Excellent service & food beautiful. Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

“ Great hotel, staff very helpful, rooms very clean and well equipped. Also in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from big ben and a 10 minute walk from the London eye. Would stay here again, definitely recommend :)
“ Top Tip: For a great family holiday I recommend visiting Madame Tussads, London Zoo and viewing the Lion King and the Wizard of Oz at the theatre :D

“ The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was spacious and again very modern. There was everything you may need, with a particularly lovely bath and shower. It was also very useful to have a 24 hour reception and use of the gym facilities. I would recommend this hotel as the location was great for the weekend of sightseeing and seeing shows.
