Excellent service and very attentive staff, room was very clean and well laid out, we had continental breakfast included so very reasonably priced.
Only downside was the nearest tube Pimlico station was closed for upgrading for the weekend so we used Westminster which was 15 walk from hotel.

“ The room was small and very basic, the finish was poor, the mixer tap dangerous and the heating/aircon did not work. An oil radiator was brought up but the room remained cold, when we complained the receptionist was not interested. Would not stay in this hotel again.

We loved our stay at the newly named 'Double Tree' in Westminster. We stayed here once before when it was the Mint hotel and were really impressed that the standard was just as high (if not higher!)
The hotel is immaculate and modern. Rooms are spacious enough and we really liked all of the facilities both in the room and the hotel itself.
The breakfast was also excellent and there is a wide choice of foods available.
My over-riding impression was how professional the staff were and made you feel welcome right from the concierge all the way to the cleaning staff. The hotel is a slick operation and you will not be disappointed with your stay!
“ Top Tip: We walked to Vauxhall Bridge Road (5 mins from hotel) where you can catch a range of different buses to practically anywhere in London and they are very frequent.

“ Have stayed at this hotel many times but this was the smallest room ever!! No complaints apart from the size including the tiny bathroom and the fact that ,as the bed was against the wall, one of us had to climb across into bed each night. Not ideal for older guests.

“ On arrival the hotel was unable to find our reservation but as we had our voucher that was no problem. The room we were given must of been the smallest in the hotel, when we complained about the size of the room we were shown to a different room which was much larger overlooking the front of the hotel instead of the back with only the air con pipes as a view.
