“ We had to wait quite a while to try and find us a twin room for my son and I and then wait while it was made up, however it was on the 9th floor overlooking the Palace and the gardens and was worth waiting for!

“ This hotel was chosen for its location which was spot on. The staff were attentive and courteous. The bedrooms were too hot making sleep impossible. The rooms were in need of a makeover. Wallpaper was peeling off by the radiator and the bathroom was a throw back to the 60s.
