Situated at the foot of the North Downs close to the Pilgrims and North Downs Ways Built in 2004 the house is triple glazed for a peaceful night. Contractors and business men will enjoy a relaxed start to their day. Castles beaches shopping and channel hopping are all accessible. Leeds Castle Dickens World experience Chatham Historic Dockyard numerous golf courses including pay as you play style and Detling Showground. Bluewater Ashford and Dockside Designer Outlets Canterbury and Tunbridge Wells all around 30 minutes away and in Maidstone Fremlins Walk numerous pavement cafes and riverboat rides. You can walk to the village pub The Kings Arms where they serve hot meals which are very popular with our visitors find them at www.kingsarmsboxley.co.uk. Many other restaurants and takeaways are within one to three miles. Generous car parking is available off road in front of the B&B. Cruising from Dover we are close to M20 and 45 miles mainly motorway from port. We have increasing numbers of returning guests. Business guests especially appreciate the quiet location before and after a hectic day.

Bedrooms are comfortable and individually heated so you control the temperature. The House was built in 2004 so bathrooms are bright and modern. Broadband is available in all rooms.

Mobility Description:
The ground floor room is reached after four step down from the car park and the bathroom is level with the room. You can park close to the steps. The room would be awkward if wheel chair needs to be used all the time. The twin and double rooms are upstairs. The staircase has 14 steps and has a handrail on both sides. The bathroom is level with the bedrooms and landing. The dining room is level with the rest of the ground floor.

• Breakfast is served in the new conservatory with views of the garden and hills. Guests have access to the garden and breakfast can be served outside.Guests have recently enjoyed watching the woodpecker feed as well as many garden other birds. Over the year they have been entertained by rabbits squirrels foxes and large and small birds as well as the resident cat Big Sam. The nearest eaterie is a quarter mile away and there are a great number within 2 miles. Local takeaways will deliver here

Directions:
Get in left lane at junction 5 as slip road for junction 6 (Maidstone C) starts there. At jnc 6 exit roundabout take last exit (Maidstone). At next roundabout take 1st exit. Follow this 1 mile approx to mini roundabout and take left exit. After 1 mile pass Kings Arms pub on left. Continue up road and Styles Lane is turn right after the 5th speed bump. After about 40yds you will see a gap in the wall on the right. This is Styles House turn in and park on the right.;
