Features include a 24 hour reception, secure underground parking (£9.50/night), 5 star quality & service, 42” plasma TV, movies & music on demand, Wi-Fi, cabled and keyboard internet available, telephone, 900 thread count Egyptian cotton towels, bedding & robes, goose down duvets, Toiletries from the White Company in the Executive Apartments & luxury Elemis in the Premium Apartments, welcome bag on arrival including milk, orange juice, cereal selection, biscuits, a selection of tea's and coffee's in every apartment. All major credit cards accepted (except laser card) including Amex. Important - A deposit will be required by credit card and entry cannot be permitted without this, ID must be shown on arrival.
“ Loved it and will stay again. Very quiet. Do not stay here if you are noisy, it won't be tolerated. Much better value than a hotel as there were 3 adults staying. Very close to restaurants and city centre. Only minor negative points were that i had to pay for wifi (£10 per day for every device), and the lack if air-conditioning. Fans are provided.

“ This hotel was FANTASTIC!! Loved it. Had a stag party of 10 lads in 3 Apartments, and everyone of us had plenty room, and just found the service fantastic. The speed of the check-in was brilliant and same with check-out. Would definately stay here again, only issue the deposit was quite steep. Apart from that amazing.
