Recently acquired by The Lansdowne Hotel (in January 2011) The Lansdowne 2 is a great budget hotel located along the busiest bus route in Europe making it perfect for getting into the city centre and beyond. We're ideally located for going on a night out seeing a gig watching a match or visiting the University or Hospitals and we're connected to the rest of Manchester by good public transport running at all hours of the day. Each of our rooms is spacious clean and includes a full size bath to relax in. We're currently upgrading our rooms so look out for photos to be added soon! Our rooms are located behind the Ram and Shackle one of the best student bars in Manchester. It features live bands DJ's quizzes and entertainment seven nights a week. Feel free to make use of the bar during opening hours or stop by The Lansdowne Hotel bar which is open all day for guests. Our rooms are in a separate building behind the Ram and Shackle and away from the main road and therefore they are virtually noise free. When arriving please check in at the Lansdowne Hotel 346 Wilmslow Rd M14 6AB. It's just 100 yards down the road from The Lansdowne 2 on the opposite side of the road.
