“ The hotel was in an excellent location, very central and close to public transport. The staff were reasonably friendly. The room itself was very clean, towels were refreshed daily, and there was plenty of space. My only concern was the fact the window would not close, and when I tried to close it it actually fell away from the frame! I reported this at reception and they sent the manager to the room who managed to lock the window.
