Hotel was very near to train station so ask for a high floor as noise can be bad .
Restaurant was very cold and staff had to bring in heaters but we still had to eat our dinner in our coats .

“ shower leaked, bathroom heater did not work, shower cold at 8.30 am, banging pump at 7.00 am, carpet heavily stained, batteries hanging out of TV remote it had no back, handle missing on wardrobe, no decaf coffee at breakfast, sink cracked, not impressed
