“ The hotel itself was fine. The food in the hotel restaurant was very disappointing. The room was fine but extremely noisey as guests partied until almost 6.00am and other guests drunk and very loud in the hallways. Tried to ring front desk in the dark (did not want to wake my mother sleeping in the other bed in the room), dialled 100 and was put through to BT operator and charged £2.50 for the call, when I complained at the front desk in the morning they apologised and suggested I should have called front desk but see above. If there was a security person petrolling the hallways at night I thnk the stay at the hotel would have been more enjoyable. Alas it was a night of no sleep and a very tired journey home. Nice hotel just not a great night's sleep

“ exellent hotel superb breakfast although room cramped and no parking, also contacted hotel about parking and no suitable reply or directions.
“ Top Tip: bella italia arundale centre is great for food.

“ The room wasn't particularly well laid out, with a rather awkward bathroom door which was difficult to manouvre around. The hotel performs a function in the city centre. It is not somewhere I would recommend, but was not objectionable either.

“ Excellent central location for centre of Manchester with main shopping centre on your doorstep. Literally a stone's throw from Picadilly train station. Spotless rooms, friendly, efficient staff, fabulous breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Will be booking next time we visit Manchester.
“ Top Tip: You can see multiple storey Primark from hotel. Worth a visit for a hidden bargain.
