“ The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is lovely and the hotel is clean and spacious. Our room was very cold and the heating is inadequate. There is no central heating in the room only one convector heater. There is no heating or fan in the bathroom. The t.v. did not work.
“ Top Tip: a nice beefeater restaurant

“ This was a lovely hotel that made us all welcome. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was exellent too. The leisure suite looked very good but unfortunately we did not have time to use the facilities. We were attending a wedding at the hotel and would recommend this as an ideal venue with superb service from the staff and very good food. The hotel is situated with easy access from the m4.

“ Stayed one night as we were attending a wedding. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the food was excellent. Shower needed attention as just stayed on very hot! Hotel getting a little tired but on the whole would recommend it. Just one futher comment drinks very expensive!

“ I was surprised that this was the Hilton. The net curtains in the room were soiled due to open window all the time. There was no air conditioning. I was given a double room as my room was not ready in time although I had arrived there just afetr 3pm that was the check in time I was informed. I was asked why I needed a family room. I just like my space! but than as I was tired from my journey i settled for the double room and less space. There was no mention of compensation as a result of me taking an alternative room. In the room there was only a duvet with out the bed throw that usually is present . No extra blankets were in the room. I guess one could feeze it you were there in winter or had to call the reception for more blankets. Ther was no clock in the room usually there is an alarm clock. Lucky I had my phone to set the alarm. Breakfast was good. Although buying teas/coffees from the cafe in the hotel proved expensive. Lucky we didn't order cakes with the tea.
