The Southern once a merchant's house with its wide impressive staircase overlooking private grounds is set in a in a quiet position in Great Yarmouth. It is a short stroll away from the seafront and all local attractions including the Wellington and Britannia Piers and The Pleasure Beach.Resident owners Sally and Tony have lovingly refurbished this 4 graded property and proudly gained a silver award in 2010 which was retained in 2011. The Southern has Premier and Standard rooms available all of which are continually being decorated and kept to a very high standard of décor and cleanliness with the guest's comfort in mind. Full central heating allows us to open all year round so whether your stay is for business or pleasure we can accommodate you.Each room has en-suite shower facilities with complimentary toiletries a remote controlled flat screen free view television clock radio hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Our comfortable beds are all made up with crisp white bed linen and our Premier Rooms also have a mini fridge and ceiling fan.The Southern has a sunny licensed well stocked residents bar and lounge area that has just been refurbished with modern comfortable seating.
