The Bestwood Lodge Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Robin Hood Country. Once the former royal hunting estate of King Charles II and Nell Gwynn this historical lodge is set in 700 acres of beautiful parkland yet only 4 miles north of Nottingham city centre and is easily accessible from J26 of the M1. The Hotel offers ample secure FREE car parking and FREE Wi-Fi. 40 en-suite rooms including six with 4-poster beds. All bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom flat screen TV direct dial telephone tea and coffee making facilities and wireless internet facilities. Our Parkside restaurant has fantastic views of the country park and offers a superb menu complemented by an excellent wine list. Relax in our oak panelled foyer bar with its comfortable leather armchairs and enjoy an array of dishes from our extensive bar menu. We are an ideal conference venue for 2 to 200 delegates. Weddings and banqueting are a specialty. The hotel is a Grade II listed building and does not have a lift however there is a stair lift to the first floor bedrooms.

The Nottingham Gateway Hotel is a modern and conveniently located hotel just 3 miles from Nottingham city centre. The hotel is ideally situated just 1 mile from Junction 26 on the M1 and offers free on site parking for 250 cars.All the facilities required by both the leisure and business traveller can be found at the hotel. All 108 contemporary bedrooms offer a host of facilities including power showers and broadband internet access. Wireless internet access is also available free of charge in all the bedrooms and throughout the public areas including the conference suites. Strings Bar also offers Sky Sports 1 and 2. The hotel offers a range of cuisine in both Bows Gallery Restaurant and Strings Bar ranging from Bistro style dishes a traditional hot buffet and an a la carte menu.

“ A well placed hotel that provides excellent value for money. The staff could not do enough for us and the breakfast was of a very high standard. The only minor complaint being the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Hotel is fully non smoking and has completed a fantastic refurbishment of the lobby (including wireless internet connection) restaurant and bar and has air conditioning in the public areas. Our luxury Executive rooms are air conditioned with king size beds lap top safes extra desk space and modem point. Also feature a fridge with mineral water and large screen TV's. (see room type for full description). Our restaurant 'Eaton's Brasserie' prides itself on offering a tempting selection of freshly prepared home made dishes. Fully accessible facilities including induction loop. Air-conditioned mini-gym and ample FREE ON SITE CAR PARKING. Dogs are accepted at owner's own responsibility at a supplement of £10.00 per night.
