Very bad experience at hotel. I arrived at the hotel to be told i was unable to check in as they had a problem with one of the hotel floors and that i was being moved to another hotel.
The hotel i was moved to was ok but i didnt get my breakfast that i had paid for at the Britannia Hotel.
