“ I was very disapponted that I booked a twin room through your site but when we got to the Hotel , we had a uncomfortable zed bed that was not even big enough for a child . I feel as you gave false advertising and am not happy .

Well placed for central Nottingham.Breakfast only classed as Continental but more than adequate.
Upon arrival at hotel we discovered that they did not know anything about our booking,however they quickly booked us in to two rooms after seeing out booking reservation paperwork.
“ Top Tip: Numerous Pus and Restaurants within five minutes walking distance.The famous Trip To Jerusalem.The Bell and The Salutation to name a few.

The hotel itself was fine but our room was not really acceptable.
It was a smoking room that we did not request and the room was quite shabby but was acceptable.
The air conditioning did not work and it was so hot and we could not open a window to get some fresh air. It really did spoil our stay as I could not sleep in the heat.
