“ A well placed hotel that provides excellent value for money. The staff could not do enough for us and the breakfast was of a very high standard. The only minor complaint being the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms.

the pool area was spoiled by unsupervised children (despite there being signs around saying that children under 16 needed to be accompanied.
The room was spacious and comfortable.

“ All the staff were very pleasant and friendly, especially the gentleman at the concierge desk who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable, having lived in Nottingham all his life, he was very good with directions to places we were unsure how to get to, particularly with one way traffic systems in the near by vicinity. The swimming pool was great. All in all we were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel exceeded all expectations and will certainly use the Hilton again when visiting Nottingham, it is very central for all amenities in the town including the theatres and Victoria Centre as well as the town itself.
“ Top Tip: a nostalgic visit to the Nottingham arboretum was number one on my list, which, not many people realise is within easy walking distance of the hotel.

“ Well placed for central Nottingham.Breakfast only classed as Continental but more than adequate. Upon arrival at hotel we discovered that they did not know anything about our booking,however they quickly booked us in to two rooms after seeing out booking reservation paperwork.
