“ Comfrortable and convenient close to the centre of Oxford. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms on the third floor are only accessible by stairs from the second floor and so would not be suitable for someone who was not able-bodied.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.
Parking costs £14 for 24hrs but is worth it for the convenience in central Oxford and as you can leave your car there earlier than the check in time
It's an old building, our room was very small and didn't smell too fresh so we had to open teh window to get some fresh air in.
Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and tasty
“ Top Tip: The Vaults just around the corner is great for lunch, fresh food and homebaked cakes

“ Nice hotel although rooms a little tired. A number of plug sockets were broken or didn't work in my room. Don't bother with cooked breakfast as it consisted of sausages, scrambled eggs and beans....all of which look like they had been cooked weeks before! Stick to the cereals.

“ Pros: Picturesque grounds, fairly friendly staff, short bus ride into Oxford city centre or you can even walk it, comfy beds & pillows, standard size room, a powerful shower and Express check-out was great! Cons: Slow check-in, poor drainage in bath this time and we were next to a corridor door so could hear people passing late at night and early the next morning.
