“ Had a lovely one night stay with friends. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive and everyone in the hotel very polite and helpful. The only negative would be that the hotel was too hot, especially at night.
“ Top Tip: The Trout in Wolvercote can't be missed, lovely pub in a beautiful place with great food

“ The carpet in the hotel corridors smelled as though they hadn't been cleaned in years. The 'premium' rooms were much smaller than expected. This hotel clearly caters to the elderly as we were the only clientele younger than 60. For this reason, the staff felt they could be rude and threaten to kick us out just for talking late at night. Would NOT recommend or revisit.
