We found all your staff to be friendly and very helpful. We stayed overnight as we were attending our friends daughters 18th birthday party. Which was at your hotel on the ground floor. The staff at the party were also very friendly and helpful. The room for a standard room was very good, clean etc.

Top Tip: We enjoyed a breezy walk on the Hoe. The views were well worth the walk.

Tired looking exterior.Very central local. Supermarket and retail shopping centre in very close proximity.
Staff in reception very friendly and helpful.
A very good sized room, clean and comfortable, which was located at the front. It was noisy from "the smokers" outside. We could still hear them even though the windows are double glazed.; they need replacing. The room become very hot in the night.
My reason for unsuitability for older people is because the car parking in the basement has no lift to the reception area on the 1st floor and the hotel rooms. You have to hike 2 set of steps to reach the ground floor for the lifts with your luggage. Car park very secure but difficult to find unless you knew the way and knew about the intercom system. I may have missed this information on the booking confirmation.
Wide selection for breakfast and the staff very attentive. The bacon and sausages were very dry, but everything else was fine. Not a cheery dining room though.

Top Tip: The Hoe is very close-by - 10/15 mins walk through central Plymouth. So the hotel is very close to the sea. Lovely public garden areas. There was a light house there as well. I did not notice a beach. We only stayed in Plymouth one night for a wedding outside the town.
