We offer superb breakfasts using locally sourced top quality ingredients. Special diets are catered for and everything is cooked fresh to order. The whole house has been tastefully modernised to a very high standard while retaining many original features and is well maintained clean and comfortable. Beds are all of good quality. We offer limited FREE private parking and concessionary vouchers for street parking if required (£2 per day). All rooms are ensuite including two on the ground floor. We also have a luxury king size four poster en suite bedroom. All rooms are clean and comfortably furnished and have flatscreen DIGITAL colour televisions with Freeview hairdryers complimentary toiletries biscuits tea and coffee. Ironing facilities are readily available. Free Wi-Fi internet access. The bus and railway stations are 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi.

Follow signs for 'City Centre'. After a few miles look out for signs for 'Hoe and Seafront'. This will bring you onto the seafront - a one way road with the sea on your left and the grass slopes of Plymouth Hoe on your right. You will drive past Smeaton's Tower the full size red and white lighthouse which stands on top of Plymouth Hoe. At the next mini roundabout turn right into Pier Street.
