The hotel was very good, little disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked, but had room service, which was ok.
Strange that we weren't asked for credit card on arrival, but after the room service was delivered we received a call to ask us to go down & pay for it as we had no credit! So had to trapse back down to reception to pay!
But very clean well kept hotel, loved the room design, excellent view.
On the whole very pleased.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and great food, although a little expensive. My only fault was the housekeeping. Out of date milk cartons,
empty tissue box and the previous occupant's mineral water bottle left
in the room.
“ Top Tip: Really great place to stop for Reading Fc fans!
