The Lincoln is a privately owned family run hotel situated within the North bay of the popular North Yorkshire seaside town of Scarborough. Close to Peasholm Park and a few minutes walk from the sea front and town centreWe offer room only with an optional breakfast and a home cooked evening meal for a small extra charge. All our rooms are clean and comfortable and have en-suite bathrooms hair dryers colour flat screen digital TV's (with free-view) and tea and coffee making facilities. With a choice of double or family rooms available.

“ Please note I did NOT stay at the Lincoln Hotel. My booking confirmation showed I was booked with the Lincoln Hotel with its full address 112 Columbus Ravine. I went to the Lincoln first who then discovered I wasn't booked in with them. In the small print of the booking confirmation I received The Lynton was mentioned. Fortunately my booking was secured at the Lynton.
Despite the mix up, I must say I was very pleased that I ended up staying at the Lynton rather than the Lincoln Hotel.

PLEASE NOTE THE REVIEW I HAVE GIVEN IS FOR THE LYNTON NOT FOR THE LINCOLN HOTEL!!

The Lynton is a lovely guest house. Friendly, helpful owners. Lovely clean, light bedroom. Breakfast was great. If I do come to Scarborough again I will definately be staying at the Lynton.

“ Top Tip: The Nutmeg Cafe is a great vegetarian cafe.
