The Staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was cold and could only be kept warm using a very noisy wall mounted fan heater. There was a fight in the corridor outside our room associated with the room next door at 02.30 hours and the noise continued until 04.00. The breakfast was distinctly average. I had to ask for eggs to be cooked as there were none on the servery.
The car park and pathway was like a skating rink and very dangerous to walk on having not not been gritted.
We were glad to leave.
