“ Excellent location right by the beach. Room well overdue for a refurb. No hot and cold water .... only hot and hot. Buffet breakfast good.
“ Top Tip: Biggest disappointment couldn't find a pub .... won't make that mistake again.

The hotel room was good and reception, on arrival, was good.
Continental Breakfast, was very poor; insufficient room for the guests to eat, so they had to spread into the lounge area, and a meeting room. Small self-service area, was dirty, with food stuffs not topped up, plates had only one pile for everything, trays for guests to use but no where to rest them while adding food or drink, cereal dispenser dirty as well as cereal bowls, food stuffs on the floor not cleared (probably due to balancing trays while collecting food). One young woman topping up china and utensils also clearing tables; her method of cleaning table was to wipe the table with a cloth brushing the waste food stuffs on to the chairs and floor. ( obviously not attended a basic food hygiene course) Quality of food was average to poor.
