“ I was really happy With the booking. I made several requests to accommodate the needs of my parents and they fulfilled each of them. Staff were friendly and attentive and the room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel is not too near to bars or shops but we were not there for that purpose so it was perfect. Close to the airport this hotel is perfect for those that want a high standard of service and extremely comfortable place to stay, at reasonable cost. I would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was comfortable with all the amenities.
Excellent breakfast included.
Car parking was awful.
They have their own car park which is quite large but you try finding a space!
Had to drive round and round a number of times until a space became available either from someone leaving a conference or who was leaving the gym.
“ Top Tip: Try somewhere else with better parking facilities! When I complained to the duty manager he told me the parking problem is because they sell 14 night cruise and park packages which creates a problem for cruisers who just want to stay the night so be warned

i enjoyed the hotel. The rooms both public and bedrooms were to a very good standard. The Staff were very helpful and the breakfast in particular was excellent.
There was a wedding going on at the same time so there were a lot of small children up very late in the bar area. This should not have happened. The resteraunt was not busy but we were kept waiting a long time for our meal as the wedding party were getting looked after first. Other than that I can recommend this hotel for short trips.

“ The Hotel is very good, clean & very good service. The room was good & clean & basic. The breakfast was fist class, all you could possibly want was available. The only negative thing you would need a Car as there is nothing close to Hotel.
