A warm welcome awaits you at this family run Victorian Guest House. With comfortable surroundings and a friendly service we endeavour to help you relax and you enjoy your stay. All our bedrooms have modern ensuite shower rooms and are well euipped with a television; hairdryer; towels; complimentary tea and coffee and toiletries. Wi-fi is also available in the rooms as are ironing facilities. We offer a combination of single rooms; doubles; twins and a family room including a downstairs twin room. In the morning you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or just a light meal and refreshment in our sunny breakfast room. We are situated about a 10-15 minute walk from the main Central Railway Station and the nearby National Express Coach Station. The main shopping centre and The Mayflower Theatre are also nearby. The three Cruise Terminals in the docks are about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Landguard Lodge. The Red Funnel ferry terminal is also within easy reach. We are also ideally situated for visiting Southampton General Hospital or The Spiral Hospital and the two city universities.

From Portsmouth leave the M27 at Junction 5. Turn left onto A335 Stoneham Way into Southampton.. From the Airport go to Junction 5 of M27 pass under the motorway turn left onto A335 Stoneham Way into Southampton. At 3rd set of lights turn right into Burgess Road A35. Pass the University. Cross over the A33. At the next mini-roundabout turn left into Hill Lane for 1 1/4 miles. After the 3rd set of lights Landguard road is 2nd turning on right.;
