The room was very clean , with everything that you might need or available from reception e.g Ironing board, etc.
The only thing they didn't have were umbrella which we did need -had to get from a close by store.
breakfast very good......lovely bacon.
Staff very friendly & available to give advice & directions.
We will be staying there again......when next visiting Swansea.

Good location for the shops, market & the theatre which we went to.
Most location were easy walked to, including the train station.

“ All really great at this hotel, except slight problem with wash basin in bathroom - drained away exceedingly slowly. I mentioned the problem on checkout and the information was well received.
