The room was very clean , with everything that you might need or available from reception e.g Ironing board, etc.
The only thing they didn't have were umbrella which we did need -had to get from a close by store.
breakfast very good......lovely bacon.
Staff very friendly & available to give advice & directions.
We will be staying there again......when next visiting Swansea.

Good location for the shops, market & the theatre which we went to.
Most location were easy walked to, including the train station.

“ All really great at this hotel, except slight problem with wash basin in bathroom - drained away exceedingly slowly. I mentioned the problem on checkout and the information was well received.

“ Clean but very basic. Pool was a disappointment compared to other hotels as again was basic with no soft lighting, relaxing music or relaxing place to sit. Room was small with comfortable but small bed which was advertised as a double but if you turned over you'd hit each other. Breakfast was good but again basic and the table we were sat at had just been quickly wiped with a wet cloth and no cutlery set. As someone who booked the night at the hotel as a treat for a relaxing weekend, I was disappointed and wouldn't stay there again.
“ Top Tip: Close by there is a good choice of places to eat, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Spanish etc.
