The Hotel was lovely except for the room we were given. I booked this hotel for a present for my partners Birthday and our anniversary and it was ruined as when we returned back to the room at about 11pm there was nothing but noise all night long outside the room, I hardly slept a wink. Our room was right on a main road and all night long you could hear drunks singing and people fighting. I think the managers should stary in this room for a night and then they would see what it is like and would not let anyone stay in the room again.
That morning at 6:00 I went down to complain and asked to be changed rooms and for the next night we had a lovely restful night. But we did not receive any compensation for the night that was ruined and our next day because we were so tired.
