“ Bedrooms are large, quiet and have wonderfully comfortable beds. Bathrooms spotless and lots of room for two people's belongings on a convenient shelf under a big wide mirror. The hotel staff were all charming and friendly. Breakfast was very adequate but both cold and hot were buffet style so no individual cooking of anything a little special. Parking for hotel guests was secure, free and mostly under cover. All in all this was a very good visit.
“ Top Tip: We had dinner at the Carpenters Arms, directly across from the hotel and tucked up close to the Castle. Very much pub food but very nicely done and an excellent wine list.

“ The Hotel was excellent, literally just across the road from Windsor Palace, right on top of all the shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the Theatre, it couldn't be in a better position. Also it has it's own resident's parking on site which is quite important as a lot of the Hotels in Windsor don't. The Hotel itself was excellent. The staff were polite and attentive, the rooms and beds were very comfortable and the lounge and bar areas were also very nice. The restaurant menu is quite limited and this was slightly off putting when we came to order. However we all found something on the menu that we liked and the food itself was first class so after initial regrets at booking the restaurant we finished the meal delighted that we had. The one slight downside was the length of time it took in the lounge from ordering drinks to them being served, the bar area could do with one extra staff member perhaps. Overall though the Hotel is fabulous.

The Hotel was very well positioned and the room was very comfortable and very clean. The Hotel reception staff and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful
and we enjoyed our stay there very much.
The only fault we had was that the hot English breakfast, which was a buffet
type breakfast was not hot enough and some of the food in the containers had
obviousily been prepared for too long - what should have been hot food was only just warm.
