“ Situated in the harbour area of Boston. Location quiet and provides good harbour walks but is a distance to any 'shopping' areas. Hotel is fragmented - four separate blocks, the reception and restaurant in one block. Unless you needed the reception or restaurant then there would be no need to ever see a staff member until you left! Except for the door staff and bell boys. Rooms are clean and well-equipped but checks aren't made to see if they are regularly serviced - ie replenishment of tea/coffee etc. A complimentary daily newspaper only arrived on two days out of eight. Breakfast at the Sensing restaurant is good but after three days of selecting the same breakfast menu we were over-charged...was changed after some discussion. On checking out, we were also charged for three nights car parking! Having flown from England it was eventually realised that we didn't have a car! These little niggles did spoil our stay and we probably won't return to this Boston hotel next year. However, during our stay my wife fractured her foot and I must thank the following staff for their excellent assistance during our 'hour of need' - many thanks to Lori, Khalid and Andrew. This is our third trip to Boston and so we were lucky in that we knew where to go...not to be recommended for flavouring the true delights that Boston has to offer.

Very nice classy hotel,a bit out of the way if you are looking for the Back bay and city shopping area.
We didn't have a problem because we went by subway,but it may not suit everyone.
Big rooms,very clean,good showers.
10 minutes from the airport
“ Top Tip: 100 yds from the hotel is the Italian quarter and there are so many very good restaurants that you are spoilt for choice (if you like italian)

“ The hotel was excellent, the staff all friendly and very helpful. Very close to the North End and only 5 mins walk to Quincy Market.
“ Top Tip: Head out early for breakfast at Mike's pastry on Hanover St to enjoy coffee and cannoli before the tourists arrive.
