When booking my room with you, I requested a double/king bed. Upon checking in, I was put on the top floor (21st floor) which was the executive floor. My room was large, clean and extremely comfortable.
All members of staff were very friendly and courteous. My daughter visited daily (to take me shopping etc), and she was also treated friendly.
My only note of concern was upon checking out - I received a final bill in total for my entire stay the morning of my departure. Members of staff did not realise that I had paid you in full for my visit - but they did investigate and get a senior member of staff to verify that I had paid in full prior to my arrivement.
I will recommend your service to all, and will definitely book with you in future.
I plan on travelling to Denver in August/September and will be staying for 3/4 weeks. Can you please quote a competitive price for 3-4 weeks in similar accommodation.

“ Top Tip: The Hotel was very central to 16th Street which has free shuttle buses running the entire length of the street, well into the night. The hotel also has an adequate gym with in-room free exercise TV (freeview).
