“ This is a great hotel within walking distance to both universal studios and islands of adventure and city walk. , or you can take the complementary water taxi. Hotel staff friendly and helpfull, beautifully kept grounds and very clean rooms. Swimming pool was great comfortable water temperature. hots tubs were nice too, set in private areas. There are two beach areas with loungers on to use. Didnt use the restaurants but they looked nice, prices were expensive i thought. There is a pool bar where you can buy drinks/ cocktails etc and order food which looked very good.

This was a super hotel for our family group of four. Right in the heart of the action, just a short walk (or leisurely boat ride) from the Universal Parks. Restaurants we tried on site were excellent, especially Tchoup Chop, but the best part of our stay was using our hotel room key cards as unlimited express passes all day at Universal parks - well worth the money!
Downsides were the expensive mini bar - extortionate! And the bathroom in our room was a little basic and tired. Pool area was fine - a little busy.
