“ The hotel was quite nice, the main attraction was how close it was to the beach, also the on site restaurant was very good and not too pricey. The main downside was the fact that it was a good way out of Fort Myers itself. If I was going to Fort Myers again I would look for a hotel in or around Times Square.

“ Lovely hotel on a prime spot on the beach. Rooms are clean and fresh, bathroom a bit small. Tiki Bar is nice and the beach is fantastic. Very good for a relaxing holiday. Some restaurants close by but all very expensive. Very good seafood in the restaurants. The Deckside Cafe in the hotel is ok but the food is not as good as other restaurants in the area. Spent four days here and it was peaceful and very enjoyable.

A lovely hotel, clean and friendly. Great facilities and right on the beach.
Suitable for all travellers, definitely not a party hotel so no rowdy noise.
Good cafe and Tikki bar.
Nice deck and pool, plenty of car parking.
Rooms spacious and have air con, coffee makers, fridge, hairdryer, table and chairs plus chairs on balcony.
Guest services include a laundry room with exercise machines, dryers, ironing board, tv & bathroom.
Cabanas, loungers, umbrellas etc can be rented on the beach.
Beach is very large and clean.

Top Tip:
Go to Merlos Bar and Grille on the main street opposite the Lani Kai just behind Yotaco kiosk (free parking available behind or in Norman's Beach Parking in front, free after 6pm).
It's a great place with lovely food at very reasonable prices.
Good wines and beer.
Specials (3 daily usually) include delicious Brazilian steak, veg and potato or rice with a salad starter and dessert for only $13.99 or two for $20.00.
Outstanding service and atmosphere.
Try the Amberbok dark lager or the Italian red wine.
Don't be tempted to try the glitzier establishments and miss this gem.
