Good hotel near to all Miami Beach has to offer. Rooms are small but very clean with modern decor, as was pool and reception area. There is a free nightly happy hour which was a great way to start night, they served spirits and soft drinks and all in grand proportions!
Noise is loud at night time but its Miami Beach. Its a little like New York- its doesnt sleep!

The Catalina Hotel is amazing! Central to all the key spots including the beach, shopping, and nightlife. Receptionist Winston was extremely helpful, rooms were clean and food was great! No complaints at all!!
We liked it so much so we are now looking to book to go again in March for 2 weeks!!

“ had to change rooms 1st one no natural light and noisy you will be lucky to get a room with any view other than a brick wall, the hotel is made up of three separate hotels and are quite noisy all the time, most of the staff were very nice and helpful but some of the reception staff could do will more training in customer service, for the u.s.a calling this a three hotel is pushing it a bit

Watch out for the valet parking - not entirely honest.
Customer service not the usual standard I have come to expect when visiting the states and I can find better vfm in the same location.
Slightly dated and smelt of the sushi fish
Request not to be bumped into The Dorset next door which is inferior
“ Top Tip: Running along South Beach with a glorious sunrise, Starbucks overlooking Lummus Park and Jerrys 24 hour diner for a great American steak and eggs breakfast
