“ The most of the staff were too say the least less than helpful, there service was so slow, and the restaurant in the lobby in the evening was a joke. Would not recommend this to my friends.

“ Nice clean and modern hotel right on the beach only the board walk is between the hotel and the beach. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Miami beach a short bus ride to the more noisy part of South beach. Restaurant serves a nice all you can eat buffet breakfast and an extensive menue for dinner. Lunch is served at the pool side.
“ Top Tip: Take the public bus number 150 to or from the airport . Only takes 35 minutes and only cost couple of dollars as opposed to 10 times as much by shuttle.

“ Disappointed with the room. It was a good size but in need of a re-vamp. the carpet was wet by our bathroom and walls were thin between rooms so we could hear the radio and tv from the room next door. some rooms front on to the main recpetion which could be noisy at times. Location is good on the beach and staff were friendly.

Lovely bedroom with comfortable bed. Reception staff very helpful and room service quite good too. The only down side was the restaurant because it is far too expensive! I paid 34.66 dollars for a dish of spaghetti with some sauce on and a orange juice! It was advertised at 24.95 dollars. Most of the time I was there the restaurant was empty! It's a shame because the food was lovely!
Over all holiday was execellent!
