This hotel has 'tired' furnishings and fittings. The TR booking is through Tourico. This means that you are not informed of the daily 'resort package' charge of U$8 (aparently for pool towels and WiFi access in the lobby), and the car parking charge of U$10. That's U$18 additional per night. Also, because of the Tourico 'bucket shop' pricing there is no entitlement to Wyndham's reward points. That being said we appeared to get a better room at a better price than booking direct.
The restaurant on site is independent of HoJo and not up to the usual American Diner standard, even though you can dine in the seat of a Chevie!
I would not choose to go there again or recommend anyone else to. I would be wary of booking with TR if this is the general case of Tourico type bookings.
“ Top Tip: You can walk (north), 10 minutes or so to Flanigans, a nice Irish Steak Restaurant. Not much to the south. A car is recommended, but no need for the beach which is adjacent to the hotel (at the back) beyond the hotel pool, east facing.

“ Top Tip: About 1 mile to nearest restautants, shops etc. But only $2 bus fare to South beach, shopping malls, restaurants etc.
