The hotel itself is excellent, rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great for the beach and upscale shopping, but there are not many restaurants nearby.
The only negative comment I would make is that the website states that all rooms have balconies - on arrival we found that only some rooms had balconies and usually cost more. We were able to change rooms which was not a problem in September as the hotel was quiet, but perhaps not so easy in peak season.
“ Top Tip: If you have a car I would recommend a visit to the Aventura Mall which is approx a 10-15 min drive from the hotel.
