“ The Castle Hotel is very nice but we were disappointed with the service and facilities provided. After staying in a "Doubletree" hotel in Naples the week before which was excellent in every way (Friendly Staff, Free coffee in Lobby, Free WiFi, Reasonably priced Breakfast $10) the Castle was a bit of a let down, the front of house staff rarely spoke, WiFi was available but cost $11 a day, breakfast was $14, I would expect a chain to have the same policies throughout its group not up the prices just because it is more of an attraction / tourist themed hotel.
“ Top Tip: Breakfast at Golden Corral on Sand Lake Rd, all you can eat for $8.

Great hotel - would definitely recommend to anyone going to Orlando. I've been to Florida many times but the location here was perfect. You get a hot cookie on arrival, rooms are spacious with tea and coffee facilities and large tv. The only downside I would mention is the hotel bedroom doors do make a noise and when lying in bed at night you could here doors opening and closing up and down the corridor which was quite annoying when your trying to get to sleep.
The pool was a nice size and the bar although expensive was convenient if you wanted a cold drink - although they have vending machines and ice machine on each floor so you can get a can of pop for $1. Free internet access in the hotel reception and a lovely lady working in Guest services that told us all about the best offers for the park tickets.
“ Top Tip: Excellent location, you can walk out of the hotel and get breakfast at the Ponderosa across the road. Next door to the hotel is Don Pablos - mexican, they do great frozen margaritas for $3.99 and give you fresh salsa and nachos while your deciding what to eat. Just down the road is a TGI Fridays, Bahama Breeze, Miller Alehouse, Orlandos Icebar which is well worth a visit (ladies drink free on a Wednesday). All in all excellent location and loads to do on the evening and you don't need to drive so you can enjoy a nice meal and a few drinks.

“ Fantastic hotel, staff all very helpful. Ideal location for parks- both Disney and Universal. Hotel transport to Disney for $5 Per person ( which is cheap). Rooms spacious and cleaned thouroughly each day. Bed Linen changed every other day. Towels changed at your request. Fab loacation on International drive too, close to some fantastic restaurants. Thouroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Castle, didnt want to come home. Ask about later check out if needed, they can let you check out @ 13:00 rather than 12:00 for free.
“ Top Tip: Get a taxi to Universal $12 each way. Get Hotel transport to Disney $5 each (pick up @ 09:30)- Bus it back for just $2 at a time that suits you. Bahama Breeze is great for a fab meal and cocktails (maybe go for the lighter portions when available as portions are huge). Millers Ale house close by too for cheap beers Pint fosters $2, 5 bottles Miller lite etc $7.
