Enclave Suites International Drive

“ Hotel very run down ! No hot water for the first 5 days and at one point no water at all which is not good when there was 5 adults and no flushing toilets. At one point there was a poo in the pool and when my dad went into the reception they were more concerned that he was not wearing a top ???? Would not recommend this hotel the only positive was the location but if you are getting a car avoid as there are much better villas with pools for the same money!

“ We both found this hotel to be very good and excellent value.After reading quite a number of negative reports we were worried.But honestly our room was spacious and a good kitchen area .We had a deluxe studio suite.While there we asked if we could have a replacement iron as the one there didnt heat up and a new one was promptly brought to our room.Plus there were two other maintenance jobs needing attention in our room and the maintenance man was there instantly.I have found none of the complaints valid about the hotel.Every single member of staff gave us 100% of there time,nothing was ever too much trouble.The Grab and Go breakfast was fine.if you wanted to you could upgrade this for a hot meal for $4,which seemed very popular.
I have always stayed in a 4/5 star hotel and more costly,this hotel is right in the heart of International Drive so that is a great advantage.I think for a 3 star hotel this is great .There is a lovely indoor pool with a sauna.The outside pools are kept lovely and clean,as are the grounds.
Also although the rooms are cleaned every three days and clean towels.This you can request every day if you so wish at no charge.My cousin also stayed for a few days and her room was even better then ours.again a deluxe studio ,and with a more update decor.She was also very impressed with her room and service provided by the hotel and staff.{they even gave me a lovely card to put in her room on her arrival,and asked if there was anything else they could do.

“ The Enclave Suites do require a little updating, but the 2 bedroom apartment was fairly spacious and cleaned every day. I had read some bad reviews about the Enclave Suites and was beginning to wish I had not booked them, but I would definately stay there again.

“ Top Tip: There a several restaurants very close to the Enclave suites as well as fast food places so you do not need to drive anywhere to find somewhere to have a meal.
